"Digital Story."
Digital story telling has the ability to grab the viewers attention upon a certain subject, for instance I based my digital story telling video on the importance of learning. I believe if a child sees a creative photo about learning being fun, they would want to do it more frequently. Children love pictures, and if you display another image of a child smiling while learning it would catch that childs interest. Learning doesn't come natural, you have to open youre mind and want to learn, and I believe digital story telling has the effect on a child. Once they open their mind, and get creative with it learning will come natural. There are many different methods to learn from, some you just so happen to learn from better. Open your'e mind, and see what happens chances are you might actually enjoy it.

Diverse.
Learning about diversity is important, not only to students but the general population as well. Although people stress that teachers need to be more "diverse'' but i believe teachers are forced upon, basically what I'm getting at is they are obligated to be diverse, if they are not diverse chances are they will no longer have a job. To the students side of being diverse, be friends with the surrounding students. It doesn't matter what the other student looks like, or what kind of shoes hes wearing, like him for him. We have no room for discrimination, don't judge a book by it's cover!
This image represents how important being diverse is, all 4 of these students are a different race, the difference is, these kids are most likely 6 years old, they were raised properly. These children don't let their race interfere with being friends, and learning in the class room. Being diverse allows a child to explore and have several friends along their journey.

Diversity in little boxes.
Off of the information I read on the demographic map, I believe there isnt many diverse areas race wise. I believe the areas are more focused on race. One area will be loaded with one race, the next area will be populated with another race and so forth.
I learned many important things after hearing the song little boxes, although you could get many different reactions among this song. I strongly feel as if this song is referring to the many average Americans in the United States. I believe what this song is trying to get at is no matter what king of couch it is, it still does the same as any other couch. Every home has about the same appliances, some may just be better than others.
I believe diversity in schools is a must during this time period, lets be honest during this day and age during the classroom the slightest thing you do wrong you can get in trouble for, not only should you do it because it's your job, but students need the teacher to be diverse. The teacher needs to be fair to everyone in the classroom no matter the situation. If students grow up without being diverse there will be several problems with race, students need to grow up knowing that the color of their skin doesn't effect how they act. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Looks aren't everything: Media literacy.
1, I chose this picture because I'm dressed up, it makes me look a little professional.
2. I added some colors, and some catchy quotes to lure my audience in, along with some pictures.
3. I told the audience that laziness fuels more laziness, and activity fuels more activity. Trying to persuade the audience will get more out of being active,
4. Once again i chose catchy quotes to lure the readers into the magazine, to make them want to be active!
5. I matched the colors throughout the cover of the magazine, for instance the shirt is blue and black, and the coloring is blue and black.

Wikipedia vs Textbooks.
I believe Wikipedia should be a source that can be used during education. Wikipedia always gets revised with the most recent, and up to date information. Wikipedia takes votes to change a post, they wont let some random person change a paragraph like they used to. Which this makes me a firm believer that Wikipedia is as safe as a source as in other internet source." The students in my general chemistry class almost never open their textbook. My reason: The less I use the book, the more they learn." With that quote coming from no books no problems (Geoff Ruth). I chose that quote for the simple fact that students can learn just as well if not better without a text book. I believe students & teachers would enjoy teaching without books, teachers can stay on their own path. The students will be able to learn more rather then hearing the teacher talk from a book.
